Representatives of the NGO "Light of Hope" exchanged experience in personnel selection and communication with colleagues from the NGO "Network of 100% Life. Zaporizhia".
An HR specialist and a PR specialist from the Zaporizhzhia team visited Poltava. They shared with colleagues best practices in high-quality organization of work in a team and implementation of information campaigns. Partners from the “100% Life Network. Zaporizhzhia” talked about their approaches to selecting specialists and communicating with the audience.

Together, we identified several effective working principles that help motivate the team:
- discuss not only the results, but also the difficulties, in order to quickly find the right solution and avoid similar mistakes in the future;
- clearly distribute areas of responsibility between colleagues and do not overload employees with responsibilities that are not theirs;
- to provide space for both team and individual initiative;
- pay attention not only to the professionalism of employees, but also to the psychological climate in the team.

Regarding the coverage of organizations' activities, PR specialists shared methods for analyzing target audiences, approaches to publishing sensitive content, and experience in planning public events during martial law.
