Ten locations of employers looking for employees and three educational institutions were presented at the job fair in Lubny.

The event was organized within the framework of the project "Supporting the Social and Financial Recovery of War-Affected Communities in Poltava Region", which is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by the Light of Hope NGO in partnership with JERU (Joint Emergency Response in Ukraine of international NGOs Welthungerhilfe and Concern Worldwide).

The purpose of the fair is to improve the financial capacity of both local entrepreneurs and community residents. Such an event is a kind of platform for open dialogues between employers and job seekers, helping to better understand the requirements of one and the expectations of the other.

The fair was open to all interested parties. Lectures were also organized for them on the specifics of creating a resume and passing an interview.

The event brought together representatives of business, educational institutions, government, and the public to overcome the economic challenges that Ukrainians faced due to the war.
