The team of the "Light of Hope" NGO has launched an initiative to exchange experience with specialists from the "100% Life Network. Zaporizhzhia" NGO to study each other's strengths. Through a series of online and offline events, we aim to strengthen our teams to:
- increase our expertise;
- find new solutions;
- grow faster.
As part of this training, the first online meeting was held, at which colleagues from Zaporizhzhia shared their experience in developing women's leadership. In particular, examples of successful support for internally displaced women in host communities.
Next, we plan to exchange experience on high-quality organization of work in a team. The stronger each organization is, the stronger the non-governmental sector as a whole!
