In four communities of Poltava region, trainings were held, during which participants mastered basic knowledge of doing business.
Women learned how to plan and run their own business, compose a client portrait, analyze the market, attract partners, etc. Trainings took place in Gorishni Plavni, Kremenchug, Myrhorod and Poltava. The training was organized in order to strengthen the economic capacity of women during the war.
“I got not only the necessary knowledge, but also the pleasure of communication. New acquaintances will be needed, for example, for cooperation in the future. In general, now I want to explore and learn as much as possible. And when the husband returns from military service to civilian life, we will resume our business together,” said the participant of the training Galina.
“Thanks to participation in the training, even my psycho-emotional state improved. She also became more confident. Now I want to create a business plan using the information I learned during my studies. And this will be a completely different field of activity, not the one that I thought about before the training,” noted participant of the training Natalia.
The activities were carried out by the NGO “Light of Hope” with the support of the international humanitarian organization “People in Trouble”.
