We organized 31 first aid trainings for educators in the Poltava community over the past month. Teachers, as well as other employees of educational institutions, mastered and honed their skills in providing assistance to victims before the arrival of emergency services.

During this time, more than 606 participants attended the trainings. Several reviews about the training were collected.

"I am very grateful and satisfied. I believe that the knowledge I have acquired will help save someone's life," says primary school teacher Anna.
“The practical part was of great importance, which helped to better understand the theory and technique of performing resuscitation actions,” said teacher Daryna.
"The information is presented professionally, structured, thoroughly, and inspiringly," — social educator Victoria.
"The impressions are good and the feeling of real benefit, because the knowledge gained will help you act in critical situations. Also, after the training, a person feels confident and feels less afraid," - teacher Liliya.
"I gained deep knowledge in this area, namely: how to resuscitate a victim with cardiopulmonary failure, perform tamponade for bleeding, and apply a tourniquet to the limbs. Now I feel that I am ready for such stressful situations. Glory to Ukraine!" - teacher Valentyna.

The training takes place within the framework of the project "Creating Community Safety Together" and is implemented by the Light of Hope NGO thanks to the Ukrainian Rapid Response Fund program, which is implemented by IREX with the support of the US Department of State.
