23 employers presented their vacancies for them.

The event was organized as part of the project "Supporting the Social and Financial Recovery of War-Affected Communities in the Poltava Region" to ensure fair access to employment opportunities for those in need.

We created a space for free and comfortable communication between job seekers and representatives of companies in need of specialists. They had the opportunity to immediately discuss all the conditions, clarify the nuances, and decide whether they were interested in further cooperation.
"This event is the result of several months of joint planning with international partners and local authorities. It is organized for an important goal - strengthening the economic capacity of the local population. We strive to ensure that, despite difficult times, people find work to their liking, and employers attract desirable specialists to their team," — said Anatoliy Pavlenko, Deputy Director of the Light of Hope Charity.

Also, during the job fair, lectures were organized to help job seekers properly compose their resumes and prepare for interviews.

The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by the Light of Hope NGO in partnership with JERU (Joint Emergency Response in Ukraine of the international NGOs Welthungerhilfe and Concern Worldwide).

The job fair was held with the support of the Poltava Regional Employment Center.
