Our offer is about education. This is the approach we used for the participants of the WIWAT  project (Women's Initiatives Work Adamant and Thoughtfully).

Internally displaced women, currently living in communities in Poltava and Kharkiv regions, attended classes taught by psychologists and an advocacy specialist. The last cycle of classes was about entrepreneurship. The trainers told the women about the basics of doing business, financial, social and other components of developing their own business. They also prepared the participants to create business ideas and present them.

And after training, women compete for the opportunity to financially support their business.

Was this approach useful for the participants? They shared their impressions.

"The trainers presented the theoretical part clearly, accessiblely, and structuredly, and each block was immediately supported by real examples and their own experience. As a result, I came away with an almost ready-made business plan and confident in my pitching performance," — Yulia from the Myrhorod community.
"The training helped to identify the main tasks and points that need to be analyzed for successful pitching. It was interesting and useful," — Darya from Valkivska community.
"This is simply space! The information is presented in a very easy and understandable form, I overcame my fear of speaking in front of an audience!" - Inna from the Kremenchuk community.
"The entrepreneurship training became for me not only a source of new knowledge, but also a powerful impetus for action. The program was structured, filled with practical cases, tools for starting your own business, and inspiring examples of successful businesses," — Olga from the Poltava community.
