Certificates were received by graduates who retrained in new specialties in Poltava and Kremenchuk within the framework of the project "Support for the social and financial recovery of war-affected communities in the Poltava region."
They completed training in three areas:
- features of installation and operation of solar panels;
- technology of making bread and bakery products;
- baker.

Twelve of them have already found jobs, and six more are self-employed.
"I gained new knowledge and experience in professional and safe installation of solar panels. Thanks to this, the number of orders from my clients has increased," said graduate Volodymyr.
“Thanks to the fact that I have a certificate in my specialty, I have already found an interesting and, most importantly, well-paid job,” said graduate Oleg.
"In general, I am a cook by profession. But I decided to also get a degree in baking. I learned a lot of new things during my studies. Being a baker is much more interesting. I am thinking about my own blog about baking," Liliya shared her plans.
The purpose of retraining is to give people the opportunity to acquire skills and abilities that are currently relevant in the labor market. So that they can improve their economic capacity and resilience during the war. Also, students are currently being trained in two more courses: the basics of therapeutic and health massage and a mechanic for repairing wheeled vehicles.
If your business needs qualified specialists in these areas, don't miss the opportunity to attract trained personnel.
