The fair was held in a mixed format. Employers seeking to find employees and people interested in work could meet in person or communicate online. For this purpose, spaces were organized in each community, where representatives of local businesses came. Job seekers could also visit there. Or join the meeting online.

"We have been organizing job fairs for the third year in a row. Previously, these were classic formats. This time we decided to try a new approach. After all, many people are now used to receiving services remotely. So why not tell them about current vacancies online too? At the same time, we have preserved the traditional option, so to speak - personal communication. We are also introducing this format taking into account the security situation. We will analyze how effective it was and plan another fair in the fall," said Anatoliy Pavlenko, Deputy Director of the Light of Hope Organization.
