During the first month of work, the teams have already made 28 trips. They worked in Krolevetska, Bochechkivska and Popivska communities of Sumy region. The specialists went directly to the settlements so that local residents could undergo free examinations and receive consultations, because this:
- accessible;
- convenient;
- promotes early diagnosis of diseases.

And also allows people in need to save on expenses, but not save on their health. Thanks to the constant support of the German government and the EU, during January:
- doctors conducted 380 consultations;
- psychologists - 155 consultations;
- social workers - 109 consultations.

The project is implemented within the EMPOWER project, which is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), co-financed by the European Union, and implemented by GIZ Ukraine.
