Olga Dryha from Toretsk in the Donetsk region had only a superficial knowledge of agriculture. Today, Olga Dryha, who lives in the Lubny community in the Poltava region, has rabbits, chickens, geese, and greenhouses. This is the same person whose transformation was caused by Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine and forced displacement.
Finding themselves in a small village in 2022, Olga and her husband first took up their hobby - sewing leather goods. Later, they decided to make the most of the resources they had around them. So, the couple took up agriculture and opened their own business.
In parallel, Olga helps internally displaced people like her as part of the IDP council.
Having lost almost everything, the woman is determined to rebuild her life. She was helped in this by winning the WIWAT (Women's Initiatives Work Adamant and Thoughtfully).
