Training programs are being completed as part of the project “Support for the Social and Financial Recovery of War-Affected Communities in the Poltava Region.” They were attended by men and women from vulnerable categories who decided to reorient their careers in accordance with labor market demands.

Currently, students who have mastered the professions of barber, manicurist, hairdresser, and transport logistician have already completed their studies and received diplomas.
"I plan to work in a new specialty. I'm already looking for a place where they will accept me," said Olga, who now has a diploma as a hairdresser and fashion designer.
"I am glad that I got this opportunity. I am very satisfied with the teachers. They helped, organized the learning process in an accessible, high-quality and interesting way," said Larisa, a certified manicurist.
By the end of the year, graduates in the specialties of accountant, beekeeper, gardener, and vegetable grower will receive their educational documents.

The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by the Light of Hope NGO in partnership with JERU (Joint Emergency Response in Ukraine of the international NGOs Welthungerhilfe and Concern Worldwide).
