Information sessions, document renewal and support for newly arrived IDPs: thanks to the partnership with the Right to Protection Foundation, clients of our services receive support in legal matters.
Supporting people in difficult life circumstances requires a comprehensive approach. That is why we cooperate with other non-governmental organizations so that residents of the Adaptation Center for the Homeless and Released from Prisons of the Light of Hope Foundation can receive full assistance.
The first step to restoring rights is having documents. Therefore, the center pays special attention to this issue. During the meetings, the specialists of the Right to Protection advised clients of the Adaptation Center on:
- restoring lost documents;
- issuing documents that they never had;
- obtaining citizenship;
- registering children born in temporarily occupied territories;
- accessing various types of assistance in the absence of identity documents.
Specialists also provide support to newly arrived internal migrants: issuing an IDP certificate and other necessary documents to have access to medical, social services and other basic rights.

The Center's activities are carried out with the support of the program of social security and social protection of the population of the Poltava urban territorial community "Care".
