As part of the project "Supporting the social and financial recovery of war-affected communities of Poltava region", the Light of Hope NGO in partnership with JERU provides financial support to business owners to pay for the labor of hired workers.
The entrepreneur must run a business in the Poltava, Kremenchuk, Myrhorod or Lubny communities.
The amount of grant support is up to 60 thousand UAH per employee per month, before taxes. The assistance will be accrued for three months. To participate in the program, you must register at this link — https://forms.office.com/e/b4D3VBLP3B. Registration will last until April 20, 2026.
If you are selected to participate in the program, you will be able to propose your candidate for employment or we will help you find an employee. Preference will be given to:
- War veterans;
- Internally displaced persons;
- People with disabilities;
- People with low incomes;
- Temporarily unemployed or people with irregular jobs;
- Single parents;
- Large families;
- Households with a pregnant woman and/or an infant (up to 6 months);
- People aged 45+;
- Households affected by war (e.g., loss or injury of a family member, loss or damage to property, etc.);
- Women who head the household (provided that another family member is unable to work).
