Before Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Larisa Sandler had never been to the Poltava region. Now, a woman from the Donetsk region knows the Poltava markets no worse than the locals.
Ms. Larisa had to leave her native Avdiivka due to the occupation of the city. The woman was engaged in poultry farming for decades. And in the new place she resumed her own business, established sales channels and tried to get grant aid for the first time in her life.
Larisa Sandler became the winner of the WIWAT project (Unbreakable Women's Initiative - Persistently and Actively). And also - an example of how to steadfastly overcome the challenges of fate: from life on the front line to the fear of public speaking. More in the video.
