Our Activities

The main activities that operate in the Association today:

  • Medico-social and psychological support for clients on ART;
  • Development of self-help groups for people living with HIV;
  • Rehabilitation of drug addicts, including HIV+ clients;
  • Protecting the rights of injecting drug users (IDUs), people living with HIV and AIDS (PLWHA), and sex workers (SW);
  • HIV prevention education for young people in the Poltava region;
  • Advocacy for those vulnerable to HIV;
  • Training teachers and volunteers to work in school and universities HIV prevention programs;
  • Operating a Monday to Friday Children's Center for HIV+ children;
  • Providing psychological and social support for prisoners and assisting them with social adaptation upon release;
  • Medical and social support programs for substitution maintenance therapy (SMT) clients;
  • Providing a daily Community Center for IDUs;
  • Development of HIV services in Poltava region's small towns and villages.
